Sue was very helpful with selling my home and buying a new one. She went above and beyond with getting my house ready to sell. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to all thing's real estate. Sue Marples goes above and beyond! My property was listed during the time I struggled with some serious health issues. Not being able to physically or emotionally deal with what was expected of me, Sue jumped in to do the "heavy lifting". She came to the hospital with papers to sign, helped with packing, stored stuff in her garage and took numerous boxes of stuff to charity outlets. I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for her support. I'm so grateful - she was a God-send. Sue works tirelessly, efficiently and lovingly. She is dependable and trustworthy. After getting to know her, she exhibits what a true friend really is.

Sue was instrumental in getting us ready to sell. When we thought we were ready, she literally came and helped pack away anything that could detract a potential buyer from the natural beauty of our home. This was so appreciated as I am disabled and was limited in what I could do on my own. Her sensitivity and support was phenomenal. Staging our home came naturally to her and she took the most flattering photos we could ask for. Our home took a while to sell but Sue kept us informed every step of the way and offered encouragement and support when needed. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others either buying or selling.
